Discounts
Armed Forces Special Thank You All active duty Armed Forces members are entitled to a 10% discount from full room prices at most times of the year, including weekends and holidays (excluding Christmas-New Years period) and is pre-billed. Proof of current service must be provided. (two night weekend minimum may apply in High Season)
Senior Discounts: 10% discount for seniors (65). Proof of age required.
Cancellation Policy
A thirty five dollars administrative fee plus HST is charged for cancellations 8 or more days prior to check in date. One night payment is required if cancellation is within seven days prior to check in date. Cancellations on check in date and no shows will be billed for the full reservation.
Holiday Rates/Deposit Policy/Gratuity Policy
For multi night, multi room Christmas or Special event stays and Corporate Retreats, a deposit may be required at time of reservation. A 10% gratuity is charged for groups of 5 people or more for their stay. Valid charge card or cash/cheque deposit is required to book accommodation. Statutory Holidays are charged at weekend rates. Special rates are applicable at Christmas, Statutory Holidays and for Inn sponsored events.
Smoking Policy
No smoking allowed in rooms and within the interior of the Inn. A minimum fee of $250.00 will be billed to your credit card if smoking has occurred within the Inn to cover costs of cleaning of draperies, rugs etc. Smoking is allowed on the Terrace, Balconies, seating area throughout the grounds and in the Gazebo at the Pool.
Damages to the Room
Guests will be billed the cost of the repairs or the value of the object if obvious fault of guest. Strong lingering scents and cologne may be subject to extra cleaning fees. Damage deposit may be required for groups.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed. Service Animals excepted with legitimate papers and must be accounted for on your booking form as there are only specific rooms allowed. Service Animals are never to left alone. Innkeepers reserve the right to refuse guests who bring unprofessionally trained pets.
Children
The Inn is an adult oriented facility. We welcome children over the age of 6. This is to ensure respectable noise levels for those needing quiet.
